don't know how to reach you directly, so I go this way.
I think this might be interesting for others:
With the help of Autodesk Support (thanks Dave) we found out that Maya Batch Exe is crashing when running on a dual XENON sever with HT enabled. Without HT batch and command rendering works fine.
On our Core i7 workstation HT is not causing that problems.
Seems that Maya Batch / MRforMaya doesn't like more then 8 cores.
