Subscription Centre accounts tip

Here's a tip for subscription customers who may have multiple accounts with Autodesk. Let's say that you have a Technical Support account and an ADN account, you can switch between these accounts without having to log out and log in again.

When you choose to log a service request from the home page of the Subscription Centre, a separate window opens allowing you choose which kind of request you wish to submit to Autodesk. On the left hand side are your navigation options.

Look for the 'Welcome' element and you will see a link that lets you switch between your accounts.

how can you merge multiple accounts?

We are currently investigating how to present customers with their various accounts in a clearer manner.
