Your motion blur looks wrong to me. It looks like a depth of field kind of blur instead of a motion blur that would have a more trail-like appearance. Hard to explain with words, but it doesn't look right...

You may get a better Motion blur if you only blur the length. By blurring the length and width you are doing the same as normal blur would do. blurring on the length blurs the image along the path of the vector.
